Mark A. Hammer and Nicole Chiravollatti are set to teach a class in January
called Trial Advocacy II at the Saint Louis University School of Law,
bringing their combined legal experience and knowledge to aspiring lawyers
wishing to learn more about criminal litigation. This will be the fourth
year Hammer and Chiravollatti have been welcomed to be adjunct professors
at the Saint Louis University School of Law.
According to the course description, Hammer and Chiravollatti will lead
students through the process of a criminal case from both a prosecutors
and defense attorney's perspective.
The course of action will discuss the following criminal case stages:
Mark Hammer, who is a St. Louis criminal defense attorney and the founder of
The Hammer Law Firm, LLC, is a former prosecutor who taught police and prosecutors about trial advocacy
and criminal prosecutors. He has extensive knowledge of both ends of the
legal system, and plans on bringing this experiences to his students.
A Saint Louis University School of Law alumni, Nicole Chiravollatti is
a managing attorney with The Hammer Law Firm, LLC, where she specializes
in both state and federal trail practice and appellate litigation. She
also has experience as a prosecutor, working on several complex felony
and misdemeanor cases.
With their combined legal experience, Attorney Hammer and Chiravollatti
are preparing their syllabi's to create an engaging and informative
