Our Experience

Prior to becoming a criminal defense lawyer, founding attorney, Mark A. Hammer, spent more than a decade as a prosecutor, and taught trial advocacy and criminal procedure to police and prosecutors from Seattle to South Carolina. We believe strongly that Mr. Hammer's experience as a prosecutor provides each client we serve with a decided advantage when it comes to presenting a criminal defense in state or federal courts. Knowing how law enforcement officers and prosecutors assemble their case and understanding their motivations can be vital when the time comes to negotiate a plea or push for a full jury trial.

Our Practice
